研究目的：

本研究的主要研究目的是：检测唐都医院工作人员接种新冠病毒疫苗后中和抗体产生情况、特异性T细胞反应情况、不良反应发生情况，从而了解医院新冠病毒疫苗接种的效果，并对比不同疫苗、不同年龄、不同性别、不同岗位人群免疫保护效果。 本研究的次要研究目的是：建立新冠病毒疫苗接种后人群研究队列，建立样本库，在较长时间内随访研究上述人群抗新冠病毒抗体及特异性T细胞持续存在情况和免疫记忆（记忆T、B细胞）情况，并跟踪随访其整体健康状况，从而了解新冠病毒疫苗接种后免疫保护作用持续情况和远期安全性。 本研究的探索性研究目的是：利用上述研究队列，研究HLA、白细胞介素、ISGs等重要免疫分子SNP分型情况及其与疫苗接种效果的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to detect the production of neutralizing antibody, specific T cell reaction and adverse reaction of staff in Tangdu Hospital after receiving COVID-19 vaccines, so as to understand the effectiveness of the vaccines, and compare the immune protection effect of different vaccines, different ages, different genders and different posts. The secondary research purposes of this study are: to establish the cohort after COVID-19 vaccination, to establish the sample bank, to follow up the persistence of antibodies and specific T cells and immune memory (memory T and B cells) in the cohort in a long time, and to follow up their overall health status, so as to understand the immune protection effect after vaccination,the duration of immunity and long-term safety. The exploratory purpose of this study is: to use the cohort to study the SNP typing of important immune molecules such as HLA, IL, ISGS and their relationship with vaccination effect.

纳入标准：

a.与唐都医院（空军军医大学第二附属医院）有固定劳动关系，按计划完成疫苗接种；
b.能够按期进行随访，并能耐受随访期间的各项检查；
c.既往身体健康，无重大疾病，无乙肝、丙肝、HIV等慢性感染性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have a clear labor relationship with Tangdu Hospital (the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University) and complete vaccination as planned;
2. Able to follow up on schedule, and can tolerate the examination during the follow-up period;
3. In the past, the candidate was healthy without major diseases, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV and other chronic infectious diseases.

排除标准：

a.不能按期接受随访或不能耐受随访期间进行的各项检查。

Unable to accept the follow-up on schedule or unable to tolerate the examinations during the follow-up.
