研究目的：

探索强化心理干预在预防海洛因依赖者复吸中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the intensive psychological treatment therapy in heroin addicts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合DSM-IV诊断标准的海洛因依赖患者，
2）脱毒一年以上，
3）无重大精神疾患和身体疾患，
4）能理解及愿意签订知情同意书，5）能理解并愿意接受团体心里治疗

Inclusion criteria

1. Heroin dependence as assessed by DSM-IV;2. Detoxified for one year;3. No significant mental illness and physical illness4. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent;5. Able and willing to participate in group psychotherapy.

排除标准：

1) 患有精神分裂症或符合DSM-IV诊断标准的其他精神或器质性疾病，2)非海洛因的物质依赖，
3） 心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全，
4）有严重内分泌、造血系统等疾病，
5）患者不能配合治疗方案安排,
6) 研究者认为不宜入选的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Schizophrenia, psychosis or organic mental disorder by DSM-IV criteria;
2. Substance dependence other than heroin;
3. Heart, liver, kidney, and other major organ dysfunction;
4. Hematopoietic and endocrine system diseases;
5. Unable or unwilling to perform treatment following the research schedule;
6. Any other unsuitable reasons for the trial.
