研究目的：

①大C环与PPH均是目前环状痔吻合器的主流术式，各有其优劣。但目前大C环研究仅局限与内痔套扎术的对比，尚未有高级别的证据比较大C环与PPH的安全性、远期并发症等方面；②回顾性对照研究是临床研究的重要方法，提高证据级别；③团队前期通过网状Meta分析发现，不同痔吻合器术式，疗效及并发症不一；本项目拟进一步通过随机对照研究比较PPH和大C环的疗效与并发症的差异，为环状痔吻合器术式的治疗提供更高级别循证医学证据，为今后指导痔病治疗奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

①Both the large C-ring and PPH are the current mainstream surgical procedures for the annular hemorrhoid stapler, and each has its advantages and disadvantages. However, the current large C-ring study is only limited to the comparison with internal hemorrhoid ligation. There is no high-level evidence comparing the safety and long-term complications of large C-ring and PPH; ②Retrospective controlled studies are an important method of clinical research , To improve the level of evidence; ③The team found that different hemorrhoid stapler procedures have different curative effects and complications through mesh Meta analysis; this project plans to further compare the curative effect and complications of PPH and large C ring through randomized controlled studies , Provide higher-level evidence-based medical evidence for the surgical treatment of circular hemorrhoids stapler, and lay the foundation for guiding hemorrhoid treatment in the future.

纳入标准：

(1)符合环状混合痔诊断标准，即内痔分级为Ⅲ-Ⅳ度，加之外痔部分围绕直肠肛管生长一圈所形成的痔。内痔分级西医诊断标准参照2018版ASCRS《痔疮管理临床实践指南》；(2)患者年龄在18~65岁之间，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of circular mixed hemorrhoids, that is, the internal hemorrhoids are graded as Ⅲ-IV degree, plus the hemorrhoids formed by the external hemorrhoids growing around the rectal anal canal. The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for the classification of internal hemorrhoids refer to the 2018 ASCRS "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Hemorrhoid Management"; (2) Patients are between 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

(1)既往有肛门部手术史；(2)处于妊娠期或月经期的女性患者；(3)患者拒绝入组。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of anal surgery; (2) Female patients during pregnancy or menstruation; (3) The patient refused to be included.
