研究目的：

膀胱出口梗阻后膀胱重塑的机制不明。本研究拟通过比较膀胱出口梗阻患者膀胱组织和对照组正常膀胱组织中的纤维化相关细胞群以及细胞外基质的差异，探究膀胱重塑过程中的纤维化机制，找到关键的纤维化因子和相关细胞群.  

Objectives of Study：

The etiology of bladder remodeling after BOO is unknown. By comparing the differences of fibrosis-related cells and extracellular matrix between bladder tissue of patients with BOO and those of control group, this study aims to exploring the mechanism of fibrosis in the process of bladder remodeling and finding the key fibrosis-related factors and cells.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥40岁；
2.确诊BPH且同时具有膀胱出口梗阻临床表现的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged ≥ 40 years old;
2.Patients with BPH and clinical manifestations of BOO.

排除标准：

符合下列条件其中之一的患者：
1.不愿或不适合接受手术治疗；
2.正患有膀胱炎和（或）一月内发生过泌尿系统感染；
3.曾经或现在患有泌尿系统肿瘤；
4.既往有膀胱手术史；
5.其他系统疾病累积膀胱；
6.因其他原因研究者认为不宜纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who meet one of the following conditions:
1. Unwilling or unsuitable for surgical treatment;
2. Suffering from cystitis and/or urinary tract infection within one month;
3. Once or now suffering from urinary system tumor;
4. History of bladder surgery;
5. Other systemic diseases accumulate in bladder;
6. Due to other reasons, the researchers think he/she is not suitable to be included.
