研究目的：

本研究拟通过 Lipiview 眼表干涉仪及 Keratograph 5M 眼表分析仪观察 LASIK 与Trans-PRK 手术前后患者泪膜稳定性及眼表相关指标的变化，定量测量患者TMH、BUT、泪膜脂质层厚度、眨眼次数及不完全眨眼比例，对比研究两种角膜屈光手术后患者干眼的发生率、程度、及恢复情况  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to observe the changes of tear film stability and ocular surface related indexes of patients before and after LASIK and trans PRK by using lipiview ocular surface interferometer and keratograph 5m ocular surface analyzer, and to quantitatively measure TMH, but, tear film lipid layer thickness, blinking times and incomplete blinking ratio of patients, and to compare the incidence, degree and proportion of dry eye after two kinds of corneal refractive surgery And recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁，性别、民族不限；
2.符合角膜屈光手术适应症，无手术禁忌症；
3.角膜接触镜停戴一个月以上；
4.受试者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 years or above, regardless of gender and nationality;
2. Those patients who meet the indications of corneal refractive surgery and have no surgical contraindications;
3. Patients who stop wearing contact lenses for more than one month;
4. Patients who signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.结膜及角膜活动性炎症性疾病和其他对泪膜有影响的结膜和角膜疾病者；
2.泪器病者；
3.使用影响泪膜分泌及泪膜稳定性的药物；
4.排除全身结缔组织病患者；
5.除外LASIK术中发生角膜制瓣意外的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with conjunctival and corneal active inflammatory diseases and other conjunctival and corneal diseases that affect tear film;
2. Lacrimal organ disease;
3. Patients who use drugs that affect tear film secretion and tear film stability;
4. Patients with systemic connective tissue disease were excluded;
5. Patients with corneal flap accident during LASIK were excluded.
