考察超声引导下延期经皮注射羧甲基壳多糖防治肌腱粘连的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of delayed percutaneous injection of Carboxymethyl Chitosan under ultrasound guidance in preventing and treating tendon adhesions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁～60岁 2.屈肌腱断裂 3.行肌腱损伤修复术

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Rupture of flexor tendon of hand; 3. Repair of hand tendon injury.

排除标准：

1 伴随血管神经损伤 2 糖尿病 3 非甾体类抗炎药治疗 4 心功能不全 5 血液系统疾病 6 肝肾功能障碍 7 风湿免疫系统疾病 8 放射治疗 9 化疗 10 类固醇类药物治疗 11.妊娠 12 与其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vascular nerve injury; 2. Diabetes mellitus; 3. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Cardiac insufficiency; 5. Hematological diseases; 6. liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Rheumatic Immune System Diseases; 8. Radiotherapy; 9. Chemotherapy; 10. Treatment of steroids; 11. Pregnancy; 12. Participating other clinical trials.

采用简单随机化方法，使用R Studio3.6.5产生随机种子数，对病人进行随机化分组，使得病人有均等机会进入超声引导下羧甲基壳多糖延期注射组以及术中羧甲基壳多糖应用组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using a simple randomization method, using R Studio 3.6.5 to generate random seed numbers, randomize patients into groups, so that patients have an equal opportunity to enter the ultrasound-guided Carboxymethyl Chitosan delayed injection group and intraoperative Carboxymethyl Chitosan application group.
