研究目的：

本项目拟通过前瞻性研究分析支原体肺炎患儿的危险因素，并根据分析结果建立儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to analyse the risk factors of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and establish an prediction model through a prospective study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≤18岁；
(2)符合中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组2013年制定的儿童社区获得性肺炎的诊断标准；
(3)患儿家长知情同意，能够配合观察者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged <= 18 years;
(2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of community-acquired pneumonia in children formulated by the Respiratory Group of Pediatrics Society of Chinese Medical Association in 2013;
(3) The patient himself and/or his guardian signed the informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

(1)患其他免疫系统疾病者（如风湿病、幼年特发性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等）；
(2)合并有严重营养不良及心、肝、脑等严重原发疾病或消耗性疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Children suffering from other immune diseases (such as rheumatism, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.);
(2) Complicated with severe malnutrition, heart, liver, brain and other serious primary diseases or wasting diseases.
