研究目的：

评价植物性神经酰胺保湿剂在寻常型银屑病中的作用及辅助和维持治疗的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect and efficacy of plant-derived ceramide moisturizer as an adjunctive and maintenance therapy in psoriasis vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合寻常型银屑病的临床诊断；
2. 年龄12岁以上，85岁以下
3. 性别不限
4. 参加者或监护人充分了解试验内容，愿意参加实验，已签署知情同意书
5. 体检合格、既往无严重系统疾病；

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinically Diagnosed Psoriasis Vulgaris patients;
2.Age between 12-85 years old;
3.No limitation on gender;
4.Participant or legal guardian fully understands the content of the clinical trial, is willing to attend the research voluntary and sign the informed consent form;
5.Physical examination is qualified, participant does not have previous severe systemic disease.

排除标准：

1. 健康检查不符合受试者入选标准者。
2. 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
3. 已知对研究药物的活性成分或辅料过敏者；
4. 在试验开始前三个月内参加了任何其他药物的临床研究者；
5. 经常使用中草药、安眠药、镇静剂、安定剂、或其他成瘾性药物者；
6. 酗酒者、精神病患者；或不能遵医嘱配合治疗者
7. 基线访视之前3月内接受系统性治疗或光疗
8. 基线访视之前4周内使用过银屑病外用药物和皮肤保湿剂

Exclusion criteria：

1.physical examination failed to qualify for enrollment;
2.during gestational and lactation period;
3.known allergic history toward drug or moisturizer under study;
4.involved in any other clinical trial three months before enrollment;
5.frequently usage of herbal, hypnotics, sedative, stabilizers, or other addictive medication;
6.alcoholics, psychotic, or participants who cannot follow prescription order;
7.Utilization of any types of skin moisturizers or topical medications within one-month prior to the screening and during the study period;
8.systemic therapies or phototherapy previously within three months of screening and during the study period.
