研究电针对抗精神病药物所致便秘的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture (EA) in patients with antipsychotic-related constipation(APRC).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

抗精神病药物所致便秘的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with APRC (antipsychotics-related constipation)

排除标准：

(1) 非抗精神病药物原因引起的便秘；(2) 凝血障碍； (3) 肿瘤；(4) 严重器官疾病，如严重心血管疾病、肝炎、肾脏疾病或心脏起搏器植入后；(5) 怀孕或哺乳期； (6) 其他影响试验或结果的情况.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Constipation caused by other drugs or other non-antipsychotic pharmaceuticals;
(2) Blood coagulation disorders;
(3) Presence of tumors;
(4) Serious organ-related illnesses, such as severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal diseases or cardiac pacemaker implantation;
(5) Breast feeding or pregnancy;
(6) Any other condition that might interfere with the operation and results.

The patients were randomized equally to EA or SEA group according to a randomized block design generated by a dependent statistician using SAS 9.4 with block length 4 and study site as a stratified factor.

所有患者均隔开治疗以避免相互交流。除了针灸操作者，其余参与者均盲于本次试验的分组（电针组vs假电针组）且不得相互交流。

Blinding：

All participants will be treated separately to prevent communication. Except the acupuncturist, all the parties (including patients) were blinded to group assignment. Acupuncturists, outcome assessors, and statisticians were independent from each other and did not communicate in order to maintain assessor blinded
