从阴道微生物组学特征的角度，研究早产发生机制，评估药物与手术干预的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

From the perspective of vaginal microbiome characteristics, study the mechanism of preterm birth, and evaluate the clinical effects of drugs and surgical interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

队列①：定期产检、18岁≤年龄≤45岁、20≤孕周＜34周、1个月内未使用抗生素及免疫抑制剂、入院前48h无性生活。
队列②：定期产检、18岁≤年龄≤45岁、20≤孕周≤24周、1个月内未使用抗生素及免疫抑制剂、取样前48h无性生活。

Inclusion criteria

Cohort 1: regular obstetric check-ups, aged 18 to 45 years, gestational weeks 20 to 34 weeks, no antibiotics and immunosuppressants within 1 month, and asexual life 48 hours before admission.
Cohort 2: regular birth check, aged 18 to 45 years, gestational week 20 to 24 weeks, no antibiotics and immunosuppressants within 1 month, asexual life 48 hours before sampling.

排除标准：

队列①：胎膜早破、重要器官系统功能障碍、前置胎盘、子痫前期、HELLP综合征等严重系统性疾病。
队列②：先兆早产、胎膜早破、重要器官系统功能障碍、前置胎盘、子痫前期、HELLP综合征等严重系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Cohort①: Premature rupture of membranes, dysfunction of vital organ systems, placenta previa, preeclampsia, HELLP syndrome and other serious systemic diseases.
Cohort ②: threatened premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes, vital organ system dysfunction, placenta previa, preeclampsia, HELLP syndrome and other serious systemic diseases.
