研究目的：

在社区真实世界探索适合我国国情的简化版失眠的认知行为治疗的模式（以行为治疗为基础的中西医结合治疗）和推广方法，我们假设将五禽戏等中医外治法有机的融入行为治疗的各个环节，这种模式符合中国社区实际情况，将有利于改善社区失眠障碍患者的身心健康、睡眠质量，有利于提高失眠的行为治疗的患者依从性，推动CBTI治疗在基层的普及推广。  

Objectives of Study：

In the real world of the community to explore a simplified version of cognitive-behavioral therapy model for insomnia (based on behavioral therapy of integrated traditional Chinese Medicine), we assume that Wuqinxi and other external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine will be organically integrated into all aspects of behavioral therapy. This model is in line with the actual situation of Chinese communities, and will help to improve the mental health and sleep quality for insomnia patients in the community, and is conducive to improve the compliance of patients to behavior therapy, promote the popularization of CBTI treatment in Chinese communities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合DSM-V失眠障碍的诊断标准；符合《中医病症诊断疗效标准》21中有关“不寐”的中医诊断标准和有关“不寐”的证型诊断标准。
②近一个月内未使用或已停用抗抑郁等精神药物；
③无严重躯体疾病者；
④能够配合治疗及自愿参加本研究，并签订知情同意书者；
⑤能够配合完成各项量表评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for insomnia, the TCM diagnostic criteria for insomnia and the syndrome type diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the diagnostic efficacy criteria for TCM diseases;
2. They have not used or stopped using antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs in the past month;
3. No serious physical disease;
4. Those who can cooperate with the treatment, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
5. Be able to complete the scale evaluation.

排除标准：

①合并有重型精神病者或有自杀倾向者；
②物质使用障碍患者（包括酒精、烟草、咖啡因、镇静剂、精神活性药等物质成瘾或滥用）；
③既往癫痫、躁狂、双相情感障碍及异态睡眠病史；
④有长期规律练习五禽戏者，或者为武术协会、舞蹈协会、健美操协会、散打协会、跆拳道协会成员；
⑤患有严重的心血管疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病以及其他运动禁忌症而不适宜进行五禽戏运动者，或者存在曲唑酮禁忌证者。
⑥既往肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe mental illness or suicidal tendency;
2. Substance use disorders (including alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sedatives, psychoactive drugs and other substance addiction or abuse);
3. History of epilepsy, mania, bipolar disorder and abnormal sleep;
4. Those who have practiced Wuqinxi regularly for a long time or are members of Wushu Association, Dance Association, aerobics Association, sanda association and Taekwondo Association;
5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal system disease and other contraindications are not suitable for Wuqinxi exercise, or have contraindications of trazodone;
6. Liver and kidney dysfunction.
