研究目的：

通过甲状腺结节的超声影像学特点、甲状腺细胞的免疫细胞化学分子标志物和miRNA检测，构建甲状腺结节鉴别诊断体系，预测甲状腺结节的良恶性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the ultrasound imaging characteristics of thyroid nodules, immunocytochemical molecular markers of thyroid cells and miRNA detection, the differential diagnosis system of thyroid nodules was established to predict the benign and malignant of thyroid nodules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-70岁（2）B超检查示甲状腺结节的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 to 70 years old; (2) Patients with thyroid nodules by ultrasound

排除标准：

（1）合并其它肿瘤和慢性感染，血液及免疫系统疾病者
（2）妊娠和哺乳期女性
（3）既往有甲状腺癌手术史；
（4）甲状腺纯囊性结节。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with other tumors, chronic infections, blood and immune system diseases

(2) Pregnant and lactating women

(3) A history of thyroid cancer surgery;

(4) Pure cystic nodules of thyroid
