Objectives of Study：

Observe the changes in the pulse condition of the Youguan pulse before and after eating

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

于11月5日招募志愿者，然后按照研究对象选择标准（志愿者选择标准表见附表一，志愿者测量体征记录表见附表二）进行筛选符合研究标准的志愿者男女各十五名，并将三十名志愿者的基本信息进行记录（志愿者信息表详情见附表三）。然后将十五名男性志愿者由01至15进行编号，将十五名女性志愿者由16至30进行编号。本研究方案由15次实验组成，每次实验从01至15和16至30中分别随机抽取一人，作为研究对象。 第一次实验 实验开始第一天上午8:00从编号01至15和编号16至30中分别进行随机抽取，每组编号抽取一人，记录志愿者编号及姓名（志愿者分组表见附表四）。研究人员通知志愿者提前做好相应准备，并开始对志愿者的饮食进行控制，只允许志愿者按时到食堂正常用餐，禁止食用不健康食物，以及非正常时间的饮食，不得服用任何药物，只能适量饮水。 第二天早上7：00至7：30之间用脉诊仪测量两名志愿者的右手寸脉、关脉、尺脉和左手关脉的脉象情况，并记录数据。8：00使志愿者进食相同种类的食物（食物安排见附表五），饭量根据志愿者自身需求来定，且两志愿者分开单独进餐，排除情绪对实验的干扰。志愿者在用餐完成后，立刻用脉诊仪测量两名名志愿者右手寸脉、关脉、尺脉和左手关脉的脉象情况，并记录数据。 第三天上午8：00使志愿者不进食，并在8：20用脉诊仪测量两名名志愿者右手寸脉、关脉、尺脉和左手关脉的脉象情况，并记录数据。 其他十四组操作流程和第一组相同，本实验预计花费三十天时间。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Volunteers were recruited on November 5th, and then 15 male and female volunteers who met the research criteria were selected according to the research object selection criteria (see Appendix 1 for the Volunteer Selection Criteria Table, and Appendix 2 for the Volunteer Measurement Record Form) , And record the basic information of 30 volunteers (see Appendix 3 for details of the volunteer information table). Then the fifteen male volunteers were numbered from 01 to 15, and the fifteen female volunteers were numbered from 16 to 30. This research program consists of 15 experiments, and each experiment randomly selects one person from 01 to 15 and 16 to 30 as the research object. First experiment At 8:00 am on the first day of the experiment, random samples were taken from numbers 01 to 15 and numbers 16 to 30. One person was selected from each group number, and the volunteer number and name were recorded (see Appendix 4 for the volunteer grouping table). The researchers informed the volunteers to prepare accordingly in advance and began to control the volunteers diet. Volunteers were only allowed to go to the canteen for normal meals on time. Unhealthy foods and non-normal diets were forbidden. No drugs were allowed. Drink moderate amounts of water. The pulse condition of the two volunteers right-hand Cun, Guan, Chi, and left-hand Guan pulses was measured with a pulse scanner between 7:00 and 7:30 the next morning, and the data was recorded. At 8:00, the volunteers were allowed to eat the same type of food (see Appendix 5 for the food arrangement). The amount of food was determined according to the volunteer's own needs, and the two volunteers had separate meals to eliminate the interference of emotions on the experiment. After the volunteers finished their meal, they immediately measured the pulse conditions of the Cun, Guan, Chi, and Left Guan pulses of the two volunteers with a pulse scanner, and recorded the data. On the third day, the volunteers were not given food at 8:00 am, and at 8:20, the pulse conditions of the right-hand Cunmai, Guanmai, Chi-mai and left-hand Guanmai of the two volunteers were measured with a pulse scanner, and the data were recorded. The other fourteen groups have the same operating procedures as the first group. This experiment is expected to take 30 days. 

纳入标准：

\
①年龄处在20至25周岁之间的男性或女性。
②研究对象的身高体重比须符合世界卫生组织规定体质指数BMI的标准体重范围，即18.5 kg/m2≤BMI<24 kg/m2。
③身体状态良好，无任何外感性和实质性疾病，如感冒，肿瘤等。
④心肺功能正常，血压正常，收缩压在90-139mmHg,舒张压在60-89mmHg。
⑤舌诊正常，舌质淡红，薄白苔，舌下无结节。
⑥按诊正常，腹部柔软无压痛点。
⑦大小便正常，大便为香蕉便，且不粘腻，小便颜色淡黄，排尿时无任何不适且日排尿量在1000ml至2000ml之间。
⑧自愿加入实验，并积极配合实验。

Inclusion criteria

①Men or women between 20 and 25 years old.
②The height-to-weight ratio of the research object must meet the standard weight range of the body mass index BMI stipulated by the World Health Organization, that is, 18.5 kg/m2≤BMI<24 kg/m2.
③The body is in good condition, without any exogenous or substantive diseases, such as colds, tumors, etc.
④ Cardiopulmonary function is normal, blood pressure is normal, systolic blood pressure is 90-139mmHg, diastolic blood pressure is 60-89mmHg.
⑤Tongue examination is normal, with pale red tongue, thin white coating, and no nodules under the tongue.
⑥ Normal as per the diagnosis, the abdomen is soft without tenderness.
⑦Urine and urine are normal, the stool is banana, and it is not sticky, the color of urine is light yellow, there is no discomfort when urinating, and the daily urine output is between 1000ml and 2000ml.
⑧ Join the experiment voluntarily and actively cooperate with the experiment.

排除标准：

①处于生理期的女性。
②曾经接受过手术的人群，如心脏搭桥手术，阑尾炎手术，扁桃体手术等。
③先天或后天导致骨骼畸形的人群，如脊柱侧弯，腰间盘突出等患者。
④有消化道疾病的患者，如胃溃疡，慢性胃炎等。
⑤有烟瘾，或长期吸烟史的人群。
⑥舌诊异常，舌质红或紫或淡白，舌苔无或厚腻，舌中有裂纹，舌两侧有齿痕
⑦按诊异常，腹部有压痛点。
⑧大小便异常，有便溏便秘，小便赤黄，或小便清长，尿频，小便淋漓不尽，排尿时有不适感。
⑨依从性差，不能严格服从实验安排
⑩有不良习惯，如不规律饮食，爱吃零食，少动，每天不能达到正常运动量等。

Exclusion criteria：

①Women in menstrual period.
②People who have undergone surgery, such as heart bypass surgery, appendicitis surgery, tonsil surgery, etc.
③Patients with congenital or acquired skeletal deformities, such as scoliosis, lumbar disc herniation, etc.
④Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis, etc.
⑤ People who are addicted to smoking or have a long history of smoking.
⑥ Abnormal tongue diagnosis, red or purple or pale tongue, no or thick tongue coating, cracks in the tongue, and tooth marks on both sides of the tongue
⑦According to the diagnosis, there are tender points in the abdomen.
⑧ Abnormal urine and stool, loose stools, constipation, red and yellow urine, or clear and long urine, frequent urination, incessant urination, and discomfort during urination.
⑨ Poor compliance, unable to strictly obey the experimental arrangement
⑩Have bad habits, such as irregular eating, snacking, less exercise, and inability to achieve normal exercise daily.
