了解胎龄＜32周早产儿发生支气管肺发育不良的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand risk factors of Bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants with gestational age < 32 weeks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）胎龄＜32周早产儿 ；
2）生后3天内入院的新生儿；

Inclusion criteria

1.Premature infants with gestational age < 32 weeks
2.Admitted to Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University within 48 hours after delivery.

排除标准：

1）患儿存在先天性心、肺畸形；
2）基因检测提示呼吸系统Panel基因的突变；
3）严重缺氧缺血性脑病、颅内出血性脑发育异常者或染色体异常等病例
4）纠正胎龄 36 +3周以内放弃治疗或死亡（非BPD引起）

Exclusion criteria：

1) Infants with congenital pulmonary or heart abnormality;
2) Tested with the gene mutation of the Panel gene;
3) With severe Ischemic hypoxic encephalopathyintracranial hemorrhage or Chromosomal abnormalities;
4）Give up treatment or die within correct the gestational age of 36 +3 weeks(not caused by BPD).
