了解胎龄＜32周早产儿发生支气管肺发育不良的危险因素  

Objectives of Study：

To understand risk factors of Bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants with gestational age ＜32 weeks

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）胎龄＜32周早产儿 ；
2）生后3天内入院的新生儿；

Inclusion criteria

1.Premature infants with gestational age ＜32 weeks
2.Admitted to Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University within 48 hours after delivery

排除标准：

1）患儿存在先天性心、肺畸形；
2）基因检测提示呼吸系统Panel基因的突变；
3）严重缺氧缺血性脑病、颅内出血性脑发育异常者或染色体异常等病例
4）纠正胎龄 36 +3周以内放弃治疗或死亡（非BPD引起）

Exclusion criteria：

1)Infants with congenital pulmonary or heart abnormality
2)Tested with the gene mutation of the Panel gene
3)With severe Ischemic hypoxic encephalopathyintracranial hemorrhage or Chromosomal abnormalities
4）Give up treatment or die within correct the gestational age of 36 +3 weeks(not caused by BPD)
