在前期研究的基础上，构建基于习得智谋理论的工具性怀旧疗法方案；通过临床应用，评价其对养老机构老年人心理调适的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and evaluate the effects of a Resourcefulness-Based Instrumental Reminiscence Therapy for adjustment in nursing home residents.

纳入标准：

①60岁及以上；
②入住时间少于30个月；
③具备沟通能力；
④自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria
1. Aged 60 or above;
2. Admitted less than 30 months;
3. Ablity to communicate
4. Volunteer for the study.

排除标准：

①认知障碍（SPMSQ≥3分）；
②正在服用抗焦虑或抗抑郁药物；
③参与其他心理治疗或干预；
④患有精神疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ≥3 points);
2. Taking anti-anxiety or anti-depressant drugs;
3. Participate in other psychotherapy or intervention;
4. Suffering from mental illness.

本研究使用整群随机对照设计，由项目负责人对研究对象进行随机分组，研究助理、干预实施者及资料分析者均不知道样本的分组。将机构按照承办主体分为公办养老机构和民办养老机构，将愿意参加本研究公办养老机构依次编号为G-01、G-02、G-03…，愿意参加本研究民养老机构依次编号为M-01、M-02、M-03…。由计算机生成两套随机序列，将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，分别用于公办养老机构和民办养老机构。每种类型的养老机构均有若干家进入干预组、若干家进入对照组。使用人口基线资料对两组纳入的所有研究对象实施倾向性匹配，以解决整群随机对照产生的样本基线资料不齐问题。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2007建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。
