研究目的：

1.确定经内镜保胆取石术的治疗效果。 2.探究经内镜保胆取石术的适用人群。 3.比较经内镜保胆取石术与传统的胆囊摘除术的远近期效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Objective to determine the therapeutic effect of endoscopic cholecystolithotomy. 2.Objective to explore the applicable population of endoscopic cholecystolithotomy. 3.Objective to compare the short-term and long-term effects between endoscopic cholecystolithotomy and traditional cholecystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、胆囊形态、功能正常，B超检查示胆囊轮廓清晰，位置、大小正常，胆囊壁厚<4mm，胆囊收缩功能良好。
2、单纯性胆囊结石，数量少，大小适中，未合并胆总管结石，近期无胆囊炎急性发作。
3、无上腹手术史、肝硬化等病史。
4、有明确保胆意愿，并完全理解结石复发的可能。

Inclusion criteria

1.The shape and function of the gallbladder are normal. B-ultrasound shows that the gallbladder has clear outline, normal position and size. The thickness of the gallbladder wall is less than 4 mm, and the contraction function of the gallbladder is normal.
2.Simple cholecystolithiasis, small quantity, moderate size, without choledocholithiasis, no acute attack of cholecystitis recently.
3.No history of upper abdominal surgery or cirrhosis.
4.Strong willing to preserve the gallbladder and fully understand the possibility of stone recurrence

排除标准：

1、胆囊无功能，胆囊管闭塞，胆囊萎缩者。
2、胆囊结石过大或充满结石。
3、合并心肺功能不全的老年患者。
4、不能排除胆囊恶性疾病可能者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.No gallbladder function, cystic duct occlusion, gallbladder atrophy.
2.Gallstones are too large or full of stones.
3.Elderly patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction
4.The possibility of gallbladder malignant disease.
