研究目的：

（1）分析富氢水辅助治疗对不稳定性心绞痛患者心绞痛、心电图等临床表现的影响。 （2）研究富氢水干预对不稳定性心绞痛患者血脂、炎症水平、氧化应激水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the effect of hydrogen rich water on angina pectoris, ECG and other clinical manifestations of patients with unstable angina pectoris. 2. To study the effect of hydrogen rich water on blood lipid, inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with unstable angina pectoris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2011年美国心脏病学会(ACC)/美国心脏协会(AHA)制定的诊断标准；
②心肌标志物正常者；
③年龄>18岁，无认知功能障碍、能进行正常语言沟通交流；
④自愿参加本研究，签知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of American College of Cardiology (ACC) / American Heart Association (AHA) in 2011;
2. Subjects with normal myocardial markers;
3. Subjects over 18 years old had no cognitive impairment and could communicate normally;
4. The subjects who volunteered to participate in this study signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并糖尿病、肺炎、风湿性心瓣膜病、COPD、系统性结缔组织病、免疫系统疾病及其它严重疾患；
②冠脉搭桥者；
③患有精神疾病，不能配合治疗者；
④中途中断及退出者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with diabetes, pneumonia, rheumatic valvular disease, COPD, systemic connective tissue disease, immune system disease and other serious diseases;
2. Patients with coronary artery bypass grafting;
3. Patients with mental illness who can not cooperate with the treatment;
4. Patients with interruption or withdrawal.
