研究目的：

1.搭建多中心临床研究数据管理平台，并基于该平台建立可长期随访的针灸干预中风病前瞻性队列。 2.探究真实世界环境下针灸干预对中风病患者功能恢复及吞咽障碍的效应规律。 3.利用真实世界数据研究探索我国中风病针灸治疗特点和预后转归，指导临床实践。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To build a multi-center clinical research data management platform, and based on this platform to establish a long-term follow-up acupuncture and moxibustion intervention of stroke prospective cohort. 2.To explore the effect rule of acupuncture and moxibustion intervention on functional recovery and dysphagia of stroke patients in real world clinical environment. 3.To use real world clinical data to study and explore the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and prognosis of stroke in China, and to guide clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合中风病（脑梗死/脑出血）西医诊断标准；
（2）首发脑梗死/脑出血患者；或复发患者（头颅CT/MRI提示新发病灶）；
（3）本次中风病发作90天以内；
（4）同意接受针灸治疗；
（5）年龄≥35周岁；
（6）本人或家属理解研究内容，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke (cerebral infarction / cerebral hemorrhage) by western medicine;
2. Patients with first cerebral infarction / hemorrhage; Or recurrent patients (brain CT / MRI showed new lesions);
3. Patients within 90 days of the stroke attack;
4. Patients who agree to receive acupuncture treatment;
5. Patients over 35 years old;
6. The patients or their families who understand the content of the study should sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）存在意识障碍、失明、失聪等不能配合相关检查及治疗的患者；
（2）正在参与其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with consciousness disorder, blindness, deafness, etc. who can not cooperate with relevant examination and treatment;
2. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
