研究目的：

探讨子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后联合地屈孕酮、黄体酮胶囊对照研究对妊娠的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the pregnancy rate of patients who take dydrogesterone or micronized progesterone in secretory phase after endometrial polypectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）有生育要求的子宫内膜息肉患者；
2）卵巢储备功能正常；
3）术前3个月未接受任何激素激素治疗；
4）男方精液常规正常；
5）术后积极试孕者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who desire to be pregnant.
2.Patients who have normal ovarian function.
3.Did not take any hormon treatment during 3 months.
4.Their husbands' sperm qulity are normal.
5.Patients who will postively try to be pregnant after surgery.

排除标准：

1）合并其它不孕患者，如：输卵管性不孕，排卵障碍，子宫肌瘤，生殖器畸形，子宫腺肌症，男方重度少弱精者；
2）同时合并内科合并症：如甲状腺功能异常，原发性高血压、糖尿病、高泌乳素血症、结缔组织病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have other infertility diseasies. Such as: tube infertile, hysteromyoma,enital malformations, adenomyosis, severe oligoasthenospermia, ect.
2.Patients who have other complications, such as: thyroid dysfunction, primary hypertension, diabetes, hyperprolactinemia, connective tissue disease complications.
