研究目的：

（1）分析富氢水辅助治疗对不稳定性心绞痛患者心绞痛、心电图等临床表现的影响。 （2）研究富氢水干预对不稳定性心绞痛患者血脂、炎症水平、氧化应激水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To analyze the effect of hydrogen-rich water as adjuvant treatment on the degree of angina pectoris, ECG and other clinical manifestations of patients with unstable angina pectoris; 2) To study the effect of hydrogen-rich water on blood lipid, inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with unstable angina pectoris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2011年美国心脏病学会(ACC)/美国心脏协会(AHA)制定的诊断标准；
②心肌标志物正常者；
③年龄>18岁，无认知功能障碍、能进行正常语言沟通交流；
④自愿参加本研究，签知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) The subjects meet the diagnostic criteria established by 2011 ACCF/AHA Focused Update Incorporated Into the ACC/AHA 2007 Guidelines for the Management of Patients With Unstable Angina/Non–ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction;
2) Myocardial markers of the subjects are normal;
3) The subjects' aged above 18 years old, who have no cognitive impairment and can carry on normal communication;
4) The subjects voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并糖尿病、肺炎、风湿性心瓣膜病、COPD、系统性结缔组织病、免疫系统疾病及其它严重疾患；
②冠脉搭桥者；
③患有精神疾病，不能配合治疗者；
④中途中断及退出者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients are complicated with diabetes, pneumonia, rheumatic valvular disease, COPD, systemic connective tissue disease, immune system disease and other serious diseases;
2. The patients with coronary artery bypass grafting;
3. The patients Suffer from mental illness and can not cooperate with the treatment;
4. The patients withdraw in the middle of the process.
