研究目的：

一种改良的人工膝关节置换技术——内侧髁复原,人工膝关节置换术，在导航辅助下实施；并与导航下传统人工膝关节置换术进行对比研究。双侧同期置换，一侧采用内侧髁复原技术；一侧采用传统技术，以尽可能消除混杂因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Medial Condyle Restoration, an improved total knee replacement technique, was performed with the assistance of navigation on one side of knee. and compared with traditional knee arthroplasty under navigation on the other side of knee.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

双膝骨关节炎患者，内翻畸形，行双侧人工全膝关节置换术，膝关节Kellgren-Lawrence 4级，内翻小于15°，屈曲畸形小于10°，活动度大于90°，BMI小于28kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

A definite diagnosis of bilateral knee osteoarthritis; the grade of the Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale was similar; valgus deformity<15 degrees, varus deformity<10 degrees, flexion deformity<10 degrees, range of motion (ROM)>90 degrees, and BMI <28 kg/m2.

排除标准：

有严重的心肺疾病（ASA评分≥3）；软组织条件差；膝关节既往有手术史，中重度内翻畸形，中重度屈曲挛缩畸形，外翻畸形，或者关节需要通过移植骨和/或加强块来完成复杂的重建。

Exclusion criteria：

With a history of or objective findings indicating cardiopulmonary disease (i.e. ASA-score ≥ 3); compromise of the soft-tissue envelope; previously operated joint, and joints requiring a complex reconstruction with bone graft and/or prosthetic augmentation.
