研究目的：

本课题围绕睡眠问题，拟对不同人群的睡眠质量及与睡眠相关因素开展调查评估，分析不同人群睡眠的差异及相关因素，提高不同人群的睡眠质量，为健康中国、构建人类命运共同体提供理论及实践支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on sleep problems, this project intends to investigate and evaluate the sleep quality and sleep related factors of different groups, analyze the differences and related factors of sleep among different groups, and improve the sleep quality of different groups, so as to provide theoretical and practical support for healthy China and the construction of a community of human destiny.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 岁；
②有足够的认知能力及言语能力，或者虽有言语功能障碍但有书写能力，能完成各量表评估

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 18 years old;

② Have enough cognitive and speech ability, or have writing ability despite speech dysfunction, and be able to complete the assessment of each scale

排除标准：

①存在严重听力障碍、视觉障碍、沟通障碍等，不能配合完成可信的调查及量表评定的人群

Exclusion criteria：

① There are serious hearing impairment, visual impairment, communication barriers, etc., can not cooperate with the completion of a credible survey and scale assessment of the population
