构建基于脉搏波的预测模型，对基层社区抗血小板治疗患者不良事件的发生提供预警。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a predictive model based on pulse waves to provide early warning for the occurrence of adverse events of antiplatelet therapy patients in the grassroots community.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：已确诊为冠心病且应用抗血小板药物治疗者，包括（PCI、CABG）术前和术后患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease and are treated with antiplatelet drugs, including patients (PCI, CABG) before and after surgery.

排除标准：

排除标准：①有全身性活动性感染的患者；②严重肝肾功能不全（ALT＞135mmol/L, Cr＞200umol/L）或慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者；③有明显出血倾向及血液性疾病的患者；④恶性肿瘤及终末期疾病的患者；⑤病人预期寿命小于6个月；⑥合并心脏瓣膜病或左室室壁瘤等其他疾病需同期手术者；⑦有脑血管疾病者（目前或者6个月内有过脑梗死、脑出血）；⑧最近参加试验药物研究而未完成主要终点或临床上妨碍临床研究终点者；⑨曾进行抗血栓药物干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ①Patients with systemic active infection; ②Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency (ALT>135mmol/L, Cr>200umol/L) or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; ③Patients with obvious bleeding tendency and blood diseases Patients; ④Patients with malignant tumors and end-stage diseases; ⑤The life expectancy of patients is less than 6 months; ⑥Patients with heart valve disease or left ventricular aneurysm and other diseases requiring simultaneous surgery; ⑦Patients with cerebrovascular disease (currently or 6 months Have had cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within a month); ⑧ Participated in the trial drug research recently but failed to complete the primary endpoint or clinically hindered the clinical research endpoint; ⑨ Have been treated with antithrombotic drugs.
