研究目的：

观察依托咪酯-丙泊酚混合剂用于老年高血压患者无痛胃镜麻醉的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of etomidate and propofol mixture for elderly patients with hypertension in gastroscopy anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁；
②患有高血压病，患者经正规高血压治疗，血压控制<140/90mmHg；
③BMI指数在18-25之间；
④无其他传染病史；
⑤ASAII或III级；
⑥既往无异常麻醉或延迟恢复史（麻醉苏醒延迟超过2h）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 60 years;
2. Patients with hypertension, patients with regular hypertension treatment, blood pressure <140/90 MMHG.
3. body mass index(BMI) between 18 and 25;
4. No other history of contagion;
5. ASAII or III;
6. No history of abnormal anesthesia or delayed recovery (delayed recovery from anesthesia more than 2h).

排除标准：

①休克，严重脱水和电解质紊乱患者；
②神经肌肉系统疾病患者；
③有相关麻醉药物过敏史者；
④睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
⑤拒绝签署知情同意书；
⑥困难气道患者；
⑦已知肾上腺功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Shock, severe dehydration and electrolyte disturbance;
2. Patients with neuromuscular disorders;
3. Any allergy to the medications to be used in the study;
4. History of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
5. Refused to written informed consent;
6. Patients with difficult airway;
7. Known adrenal insufficiency.
