研究目的：

研究以每博量变异度（stroke volume variation，SVV)和心脏指数（cardiac index，CI）指导的目标导向液体治疗(goal-directed fluid therapy，GDFT)对腹腔镜下肝切除术中血流动力学及脑氧饱和度（rSO2）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of goal-directed fluid therapy (GDFT) guided by stroke volume variation (SVV) and cardiac index (CI) on hemodynamics and cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO2) during laparoscopic hepatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

性别不限，年龄18～64岁，ASAⅡ或Ⅲ级，NYHA心功能分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级，Child-Pugh评分Ａ或Ｂ级。

Inclusion criteria

Sex is not limited, Aged 18 to 64 years, ASA II or III, NYHA heart function grade I or II, Child-Pugh score A or B.

排除标准：

严重高血压及糖尿病、肝肾功能损害、脑血管疾病史、冠心病及心律失常的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe hypertension and diabetes, liver and kidney damage, history of cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.
