研究目的: |
本研究旨在通过音乐结合TMS刺激诱发脑电图以及其它生理指标分析,为DOC患者分类提供与功能性评估相对应的辅助临床评估手段,更加便捷有效地评估意识障碍分级,降低误诊率。具体研究目标如下: 1) 通过实验明确音乐联合TMS刺激是否在健康人以及意识障碍患者大脑中诱发出叠加增强的低频脑电; 2) 探讨音乐结合TMS刺激诱发的低频慢波脑电成分与不同情绪特征音乐的相关性,并探索最佳音乐结合TMS刺激组合方案; 3) 探索通过音乐联合TMS刺激诱发相关脑电以及生理指标分析,是否能提高MCS/VS患者的诊断准确率(如:MCS-/MCS+)。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The purpose of this study is to provide an auxiliary clinical evaluation method corresponding to the functional evaluation for the classification of patients with DOC through the analysis of EEG and other physiological indexes induced by music combined with TMS stimulation, so as to more conveniently and effectively evaluate the classification of consciousness disorders and reduce the misdiagnosis rate. The specific research objectives are as follows: 1) to determine whether music combined with TMS can induce superimposed and enhanced low-frequency EEG in the brain of healthy people and patients with DOC 2) to explore the correlation between low frequency slow wave EEG components induced by music combined TMS stimulation and music with different emotional characteristics, and to explore the best combination scheme of music combined TMS stimulation 3) to explore whether music combined with TMS can improve the diagnosis accuracy of MCS / vs patients (such as MCS - / MCS +) |
