研究目的：

1. 证实Hp相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者存在舌苔、胃微生态结构和功能的失调及炎症微环境的异常，为Hp相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证黄腻苔的形成提供生物学依据。 2. 证实Hp相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者舌苔微生态和炎症微环境、胃微生态和炎症微环境两者存在相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It is confirmed that patients with Hp-related gastritis with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome have disorders of tongue coating, gastric microecological structure and function, and abnormal inflammatory microenvironment, which provides a biological basis for the formation of yellow greasy coatings of Hp-related gastritis with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome. 2. Confirm that the tongue fur microecology and inflammation microenvironment, stomach microecology and inflammation microenvironment of patients with Hp-related gastritis spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome are related.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-65岁之间；
②符合慢性胃炎(慢性浅表性胃炎)诊断标准；
③中医辨证符合脾胃湿热证型或脾胃虚弱证型；
④应当在进行13C-尿素呼气试验或14C-尿素呼气试验检查前两周，停用PPI、H2RA及抗生素治疗，检测为HP阳性者。

Inclusion criteria

①Age between 18-65 years old;
② Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic gastritis (chronic superficial gastritis);
③ TCM syndrome differentiation accords with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome or spleen and stomach weakness syndrome;
④PPI, H2RA and antibiotic therapy should be stopped two weeks before the 13C-urea breath test or 14C-urea breath test, and those who test positive for HP

排除标准：

①不符合上述中西医纳入标准者；
②慢性萎缩性胃炎伴重度异型增生、上消化道出血、消化性溃疡及胃肠道肿瘤者；
③有消化系统器质性病变(如慢性胰腺炎、肝硬化等)，或有其他全身疾病(例如：甲亢、糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全、精神和神经系统病变等；或具有其他严重基础疾病，如冠心病、心衰、肝肾功能衰竭者；
④2周内使用可能影响HP检测结果的药物(抗酸剂、H2RA、PPI类、抗生素等)者；
⑤严重过敏体质者；
⑥哺乳期、妊娠期或者计划妊娠的妇女：
⑦有嗜烟、酗酒或吸毒等严重不良嗜好者；
⑧需长期服用非甾体类抗炎药的，不能排除其他药物干扰的患者；
⑨依从性较差，难以坚持完成本实验，有可能影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who do not meet the above-mentioned inclusion criteria for Chinese and Western medicine;
②Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with severe dysplasia, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal tumor;
③ Organic diseases of the digestive system (such as chronic pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, etc.), or other systemic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, mental and neurological diseases, etc.); or other serious underlying diseases, Such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, liver and kidney failure;
④ Those who use drugs (antacids, H2RA, PPIs, antibiotics, etc.) that may affect the HP test results within 2 weeks;
⑤Persons with severe allergies;
⑥Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to become pregnant:
⑦Persons who have serious bad habits such as smoking, alcohol or drugs;
⑧ Patients who need to take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for a long period of time cannot be ruled out for patients who interfere with other drugs;
⑨ Those who have poor compliance and difficulty in completing this experiment, which may affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
