对比研究皮秒激光和非剥脱点阵激光在治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To compare efficacy and safety of picosecond laser and non-ablative fractional laser in the treatment of acne atrophic scars.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Ⅲ~Ⅳ型皮肤类型患者，面部轻-重度凹陷性痤疮瘢痕，病情稳定半年以上。左右脸凹陷性瘢痕基线情况评分无明显差异者。签署知情同意书，愿意配合随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. type III–IV skin;
2. with mild to severe atrophic acne scars on the face;
3. stable condition for >6 months;
4. signed informed consent and cooperated with the follow-up.

排除标准：

妊娠、哺乳、光敏性皮肤病、瘢痕疙瘩体质、日晒性色素沉着、面部皮肤有活动性病灶、有皮肤肿瘤病史、6个月内口服维A酸药物、外用维A酸药物、1年内接受过其他痤疮瘢痕治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with pregnancy, lactation, photosensitive skin disease, keloid constitution, sunburn hyperpigmentation, active lesions on facial skin, history of skin tumors, oral administration of retinoic acid drugs within six months, topical use of retinoic acid drugs, or receiving other treatments for acne scars within one year.
