瞭解介入太極拳運動對於改善高度跌倒風險之精神患者的平衡感，睡眠品質成效，憂鬱情緒及焦慮情緒成效。  

Objectives of Study：

Effectiveness of Tai Chi on the balance improvement, sleep quality, depression, and anxiety status in psychiatric patients with a high risk of falls

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年齡 30-60 歲的個案
2. 過去沒有接受太極拳訓練經驗
3. 起身行走測試結果為大於 10 秒但小於 20 秒的個

Inclusion criteria

1. Cases aged 30-60 years;
2. No experience in Tai Chi training in the past;
3. The test result of timed up and go(TUG) is more than 10 seconds but less than 20 seconds.

排除标准：

1. 需坐輪椅者
2. 行動需有人協助者
3. 診斷為失智或器質性腦損傷病人
4. 無法配合治療師指令的精神科個案

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who need a wheelchair;
2. Those who need assistance;
3. Patients diagnosed with dementia or organic brain injury;
4. Psychiatric cases that cannot follow the therapist's instructions.
