研究目的：

本研究通过应用瞬感扫描式持续葡萄糖监测系统，旨在明确多发伤合并糖尿病或非糖尿病患者发生急性创伤后的血糖波动情况，并评估血糖波动与多发伤患者创伤后并发症及预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study by applying intermittently scanned continuous glucose monitoring, aims to explore the blood glucose fluctuations after acute trauma in emergency multiple trauma patients with or without diabetes, and to evaluate the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation and post-traumatic complications and prognosis in patients with multiple injuries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在18～75岁；
体质指数18.5～30kg/m2；
存在身体两处或两处以上解剖部位或脏器的创伤，其中至少有一处损伤可危及生命；创伤严重程度>16分。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 75 years old;
Body mass index 18.5 ~ 30kg/m2;
Two or more anatomical or visceral injuries in the body, at least one of which can be life-threatening; and the trauma severity score was >16 points.

排除标准：

颅脑创伤；
脊髓损伤；
妊娠糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病；
入院前即存在严重肝脏或肾脏疾病；
入院前即存在严重的心脑血管疾病；
合并使用影响糖代谢的药物如糖皮质激素、甲状腺素等；
恶性肿瘤病史；
精神疾病病史；
孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Traumatic brain injury;
Spinal cord injury;
Gestational diabetes and other special types of diabetes;
Severe liver or kidney disease prior to admission;
Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases existed before admission;
Combined use of drugs that affect glucose metabolism, such as glucocorticoid, thyroxine, etc.
History of malignant tumor;
History of mental illness;
Pregnant and lactating women.
