研究目的：

通过对已发生血管钙化的终末期肾脏病患者分别进行常规治疗和常规治疗加硫代硫酸钠治疗，比较和分析两组血管钙化影像学及生化相关指标的改变情况，评价硫代硫酸钠对终末期肾脏病血管钙化的治疗效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on vascular calcification in patients with end-stage renal disease has occurred respectively for regular treatment and routine treatment plus sodium thiosulfate, by comparison and analysis of two groups of vascular calcification imaging and related biochemical indicators, evaluate the effects and safety of Sodium Thiosulfate on Vascular Calcification in End-Stage Renal Disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.eGFR< 15ml/min且行血液透析患者；2.病人有很好的依从性；3.愿意接受为期3个月的硫代硫酸钠静脉注射治疗

Inclusion criteria

1. eGFR <15ml/min and hemodialysis patients; 2. patients with good adherence; 3. willingness to undergo intravenous sodium thiosulfate treatments for 5 months.

排除标准：

1.年龄未达到18岁；2.预期生存其小于16个月；3.妊娠；4.近12月曾服用过类固醇药物；5.近12个月曾服用过磷结合剂、钙剂以及活性维生素D等药物；6.有糖尿病、高脂血症、高钙血症病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. age <18 years; 2. life expectancy <6 months; 3. pregnancy; 4. current or recent (<12 months) treatment with corticosteroids; 5. current or recent (<12 months) treatment with Phosphate binders, active vitamin D and calcium; 6. Diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypercalcemia.
