研究目的：

本研究验证面瘫急性期电针疏密波干预后患者可缩短疗程提高治愈率, 对面神经炎转归和预后良好，则可为临床实际操作提供科学依据，为患者减少疾病痛苦及经济负担，为教科书明确急性期是否电针治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the patients with facial paralysis can shorten the course of treatment and improve the cure rate, and the prognosis of facial neuritis is good, which can provide scientific basis for clinical practice and reduce the pain and economic burden of disease. For textbooks to determine whether the acute phase of electroacupuncture treatment to provide the basis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断标准：
中医：参照《针灸学》[1] 教材中制定的面瘫诊断标准：起病突然，常有受寒史，患侧面部麻木，流泪，眼睑不能闭合，额纹消失，鼻唇沟变浅，口角歪斜，不能作鼓腮动作，常有耳后处的疼痛；
西医：参照《神经病学》[5] 教材制定的面神经炎诊断标准：起病急，常有受凉吹风史；患侧面部表情肌麻木、额纹消失、眼不能闭合，鼻唇沟不对称，鼓腮时漏气，饮水漏水、多泪等；头颅CT及MRI 检查正常，肌电图表现为异常。
疾病分期：①急性期：发病7天以内；②静止期：发病8到15天；③恢复期：发病16天至6个月；④后遗症期：发病6个月以上。
（2）纳入标准
①符合中医及西医诊断标准；②单侧患病；③病程≤7天；④年龄≥18岁；⑤签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项课题研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Disease stage:
1) Acute stage: Within 7 days of onset;
2) Resting stage: 8 to 15 days of onset;
3) Recovery stage: 16 days to 6 months of onset;
4) Sequential stage: 6 months after onset.
2. Inclusion criteria
1) The diagnostic standards of TCM and western medicine were utilized;
2) Unilateral disease development;
3) Course of disease (days);
4) Aged >=18 years;
5) Patients signed the informed consent form and participated in the research voluntarily.

排除标准：

1. 曾行颅脑或面神经损伤手术;
2. 继发于感染性神经根炎、腮腺肿瘤、脑外伤及脑血管意外等;
3. 同时参加其他课题治疗者;
4. 合并有严重心脑血管、肝肾、肿瘤、内分泌、血液等系统疾病者;
5. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had undergone surgery for cerebration or facial nerve injury;
2. Patients who suffered from secondary diseases due to infectious radicalism, carotid gland tumors, brain trauma, or vascular accident;
3. Patients who had participated in other treatment programs;
4. Patients who suffered from the complications of serious cardiovascular or vascular, liver or kidney, tumor, endocrine, blood, and other system diseases;
5. Pregnant or lactating women.

采用抗病毒、营养神经、改善循环、抗炎、患侧面部红外线照射、静止期电针治复期疗及中药汤剂治疗（主要以牵正散及补阳还五汤随证加减）。

选择于2018年4月～2019年1月至武汉市协和东西湖医院中医科住院部接受治疗的面瘫急性期患者，将符合纳入标准的病例66例（脱落6例，实际纳入60例），本课题经医学伦理委员审核通过，所有患者均签署《知情同意书》,并随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例进行治疗，将各组患者的性别、年龄等指标进行比较，差异未见统计学意义（均P＞0.05），具有可比性
