研究目的：

（1）通过HRV测量，考察青少年手枪运动员在击发准备期的不同时间段的心率和自主神经变化特征，并揭示相应心理指标的变化与其不同射击表现之间的关系； （2）通过EEG测量，考察青少年气手枪运动员在击发准备期的不同时间段的脑电波变化特征，以及左、右脑区之间脑波的变化差异，并揭示相应脑波指标的变化与其不同射击表现之间的关系； （3）探究青少年手枪运动员在击发准备期的脑、心激活之间的关联，以及内在的耦合模式，并揭示脑—心轴激活水平与其射击表现的关系，建立脑—心协同促进射击表现的关系模型； （4）为青少年手枪运动员的科学选材与培养提供理论与实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through HRV measurement, examine the heart rate and autonomic change characteristics of young pistol athletes at different time periods during the preparation period for firing, and reveal the relationship between changes in corresponding psychological indicators and their different shooting performance; (2) Through EEG measurement, investigate the brain wave changes characteristics of young air pistol athletes in different time periods during the preparation period of the firing, and the brain wave changes between the left and right brain regions, and reveal the corresponding between brain wave indicators and shooting performance; (3) Exploring the relationship between brain and heart activation of young pistol athletes during the firing preparation period, as well as the internal coupling mode, and revealing the relationship between brain-mandrel activation level and shooting performance, and establishing brain-heart coordination to promote shooting performance Relational model; (4) Provide theoretical and practical references for the scientific selection and training of young pistol athletes.

纳入标准：

①在籍注册运动员；
②均为右利手及惯用右眼瞄准目标；
③从事项目为标准化的10m空气手枪项目；
④年龄在20周岁以下；
⑤智力评估分数在5分以上

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered athletes;
2. All are right-handed and right-eyed aiming at the target;
3. The project is a standardized 10m air pistol;
4. Age under 20 years;
5. The intelligence evaluation score is above 5.

排除标准：

①无脑部疾病史；
②无心脏疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No history of brain disease;
2. No history of heart disease.
