研究目的：

在国内建立一个人工膝关节置换术登记系统, 该系统具备智能随访功能，可通过语音方式对患者进行定期随访，获得患者自我汇报的结局(patient-reported outcome measures, PROMs)以评估患者满意度及其膝关节功能恢复情况。  

Objectives of Study：

A registration system for total knee arthroplasty has been established in China. The system has the function of intelligent follow-up, and patients can be followed up regularly by means of voice, patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) were obtained to assess patient satisfaction and recovery of knee function.

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁
初次进行全膝关节置换术（单侧、双侧均可）
愿意参与研究并在知情同意书签字和签署日期

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Initial total knee arthroplasty (unilateral or bilateral);
3. Be willing to participate in the study and sign and date the PIC.

排除标准：

若患者经过中心医生判断，不适合参加登记研究，则将不纳入登记系统

Exclusion criteria：

If the patient is judged by the center doctor and is not suitable to participate in the study, it will not be included in the system.
