研究目的：

探索豌豆胶原肽对2型糖尿病患者代谢的影响。为糖尿病患者提供一项安全、有效、经济的糖尿病饮食方案，同时验证豌豆胶原肽对糖尿病患者干预的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the effect of pea collagen peptide on metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Objective to provide a safe, effective and economical diet for diabetic patients, and to verify the effectiveness of pea collagen peptide intervention for diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁，男女不限；②已诊断为2型糖尿病；③健康状况良好，能自主活动；④能够自主进食，饮食摄入量充足；⑤未使用胰岛素；⑥糖化血红蛋白6.5-9.0%且空腹血糖<10mmol/L；⑦甘油三酯<4.5mmol/L；⑧未使用降糖药物或使用两种或以下口服降糖药物；⑨无精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

① They are not limited to men and women aged 18 or above; ② they have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus; ③ they are in good health and can exercise autonomously; ④ they can eat autonomously and have sufficient dietary intake; ⑤ they did not use insulin; ⑥ glycosylated hemoglobin 6.5-9.0% and fasting blood glucose < 10mmol / L; ⑦ triglycerides < 4.5mmol/l; Ⅷ they did not use hypoglycemic drugs or use two or less oral hypoglycemic drugs; Ⅸ they did not have mental illness I'm sick.

排除标准：

①近3月饮食进食能量增加/减少30%以上；②近3月因酮症酸中毒（DKA）或其他糖尿病急性并发症就诊或住院；③近3月合并严重疾病，如重症感染、外科手术、精神系统疾病等；④妊娠或哺乳期；⑤肝肾功能不全（转氨酶大于2倍正常参考值范围上限，CKDG3a期或以上）；⑥既往接受肽营养制剂不耐受或对肽营养制剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① More than 30% increase / decrease of dietary energy in recent 3 months; 2) visit or hospitalization due to ketoacidosis (DKA) or other acute complications of diabetes mellitus in recent 3 months; 3) complicated with serious diseases such as severe infection, surgery, mental system diseases in recent 3 months; 4) pregnancy or lactation; 5) liver and kidney dysfunction (transaminase is more than 2 times the upper limit of normal reference range, ckdg3a or above) (6) those who were previously intolerant or allergic to peptide nutrition.
