本研究旨在探讨一种名为护心舒眠应用程序对抑郁、焦虑和失眠症状的干预效果。这是一个基于微信的、以认知行为治疗为理论的自助式应用程序用于解决COVID-19相关的心理问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aimed to explore the intervention efficacy of a convenient application called Care your Mental Health and Sleep during COVID-19 (CMSC) on depression, anxiety, and insomnia symptoms. This is a self-help CBT theory-based app that serves to solve the COVID-19 related psychological problems using WeChat.

纳入标准：

受试者年龄不小于18岁，为中国居民，有抑郁症状[9项患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)得分:5-27]，能阅读和理解中文，独立使用iOS或Android手机。

Inclusion criteria

Participants aged at least 18 years old, Chinese residents, with depression symptom [9-item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9)score: 5-27], could read and understand Chinese, and had independent access to an iOS or Android mobile phone.
