研究目的：

观察不同侧星状神经节阻滞（右侧星状神经节阻滞Right-stellate ganglion block，R-SGB）和左侧星状神经节阻滞（Left-stellate ganglion block，L-SGB）对全身麻醉气管内插管期循环改变的保护效应。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the different side stellate ganglion block (right stellate ganglion block Right-stellate ganglion block, R-SGB) and left stellate ganglion block (Left-stellate ganglion block, L-SGB) on systemic anesthesia endotracheal intubation protective effect of changes cyclically.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根据WHO冠心病诊断标准，经确定诊断后，建立纳入标准：1.既往诊断过冠心病,明确有胸闷、胸痛病史；2.术前应用心电图检查确定心肌缺血，(以S-T段水平或下斜性下移为诊断标准，具备下列条件之一者：(1)两个以上导联同时出现ST段下移并均>0．05mV；(2)ST段下移I>0．1mV；(3)ST段下移伴冠状T波出现)，排除肢导低电压。3.包含两种以上冠心病危险因素，高血脂，吸烟史（大于10年）；4.具备以上两条以上，可以纳入试验研究。

Inclusion criteria

According to the WHO diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, the diagnosis is established after the inclusion criteria:
1. Previously diagnosed had a heart, a clear chest tightness, chest pain history;
2. Determine preoperative ECG myocardial ischemia (ST segment level or lower in criteria for the diagnosis of down oblique, with one of the following conditions:
(1) two or more simultaneous ECG and ST segment depression were> 0.05mV;
(2) ST segment depression I> 0.1mV;
(3) ST segment depression associated with coronary T wave emergence), excluding low voltage limb leads. 3 contains two or more risk factors for coronary heart disease, high cholesterol, smoking history (greater than 10 years);
4. with above more than two or more items, can be included in the trial.

排除标准：

已知对利多卡因过敏者；临床有严重的血管或肺部疾病；糖尿病；具有任何头颈部疾患而影响到利多卡因吸收者；合并有除冠心病外严重的疾病影响寿命者；有症状的体位性低血压或卧位血压仅为90 mmHg或更低；收缩期血压达到或高于200 mmHg、舒张其血压达到或高于105 mmHg或两标准均达到者；肌酐水平高于正常上限2倍；丙氨酸氨基转移酶或天冬氨酸氨基转移酶高于正常上限2倍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients known allergy to lidocaine; clinically severe vascular or lung disease; diabetes; having any head and neck disorders and affect lidocaine absorber; associated with coronary heart disease in addition to serious disease affecting life outside persons; there symptomatic orthostatic hypotension or supine blood pressure of only 90 mmHg or less; systolic blood pressure at or above 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure at or above its 105 mmHg or two standard reached by; creatinine levels above the upper limit of normal two-fold; alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal persons.
