研究目的：

探讨褪黑素（MT）应用于胚胎培养能否改善体外受精/单精子胞浆内注射（IVF/ICSI）周期失败患者再次周期的胚胎发育及临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the application of melatonin (MT) to embryo cultures can improve embryonic development and clinical outcomes in patients with repeated cycles after failed in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) cycles.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）至少经历1次IVF/ICSI失败周期；
（2）患者年龄≤36岁

Inclusion criteria

(1) at least one IVF/ICSI failed cycle;
(2) aged <=36 years.

排除标准：

排除男女双方遗传因素

Exclusion criteria：

The genetic factors of infertilities of both gender.
