研究目的：

评价3D打印导航模板辅助CT引导背根神经节脉冲射频治疗胸背部带状疱疹神经痛的精准性、安全性与疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the accuracysafety and efficacy of 3D printing navigation template assisted CT-gudied dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency on patients with thoracic herpes zoster neuralgia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、带状疱疹急性期（1-3个月）患者；
2、带状疱疹分布于胸腹背部（T2-12）；
3、年龄>50岁；
4、平均VAS≥5分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who suffered from herpes zoster within 3months;
2. Thoracic herpes zoster;
3. Aged older than 50 years;
4. The daily average VAS was >= 5 points.

排除标准：

1、未控制的严重高血压、心脏病等疾病，不能耐受手术；
2、凝血功能障碍；
3、穿刺部位感染；
4、精神障碍，不能配合手术；
5、严重骨质增生、压缩性骨折、脊柱侧弯或其他影响脊柱正常形态的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled severe hypertension, heart disease, etc., unable to tolerate surgery;
2. Coagulation disorders;
3. Puncture site infection;
4. Patients with mental handicap;
5. Severe bone hyperplasia, compression fractures, scoliosis, or other diseases that affect the normal shape of the spine.
