研究目的：

探索保留肺门迷走神经的腔镜肺癌手术新技术，总结不同区域保留肺门迷走神经结构及功能的淋巴结清扫策略，形成基于神经功能保护的微创精准手术新理念，减少患者术后并发症、促进余肺功能恢复，加速患者康复、提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the new technology of lung cancer surgery with preservation of hilar vagus nerve, summarize the lymph node dissection strategies with preservation of hilar vagus nerve structure and function in different regions, and form a new concept of minimally invasive precision surgery based on nerve function protection, so as to reduce the postoperative complications, promote the recovery of residual lung function, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理证实为非小细胞肺癌、接受胸腔镜下肺叶或亚肺切除并纵隔淋巴结清扫的患者；
（2）无远处转移；
（3）对接受术后随访复查具有良好的依从性，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathology, who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy or subpulmonary resection and mediastinal lymph node dissection;
(2) There was no distant metastasis;
(3) They had good compliance with the follow-up and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）最近5年内有其他恶性肿瘤病史，除外以下情况：仅通过手术治愈且获得5年无瘤生存的其他恶性肿瘤，已经治愈的皮肤基底细胞癌、浅表膀胱癌或子宫颈原位癌；
（2）患有精神疾病；
（3）既往有长期慢性咳嗽患者；
（4）其他研究者认为不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) In the past five years, he had a history of other malignant tumors, except for the following cases: other malignant tumors cured only by surgery and obtained 5-year disease-free survival, skin basal cell carcinoma, superficial bladder carcinoma or cervical carcinoma in situ that had been cured;
(2) Suffering from mental illness;
(3) Patients with chronic cough in the past;
(4) Other researchers think that it is not suitable for inclusion.
