研究目的：

通过分析既定单细胞样品中的RNA表达情况，分析并鉴定结肠癌发生发展过程中的标志物，为结肠癌早期诊断、患者的分子分型和治疗策略提供重要依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Integrative and comparative multiomics identify biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity for early detection of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18～75岁，性别不限；
(2)经组织学明确诊断的结直肠腺瘤，溃疡性结肠炎，或结直肠腺癌；
(3)身体状况评分ECOG 0～1；
(4)患者必须有能力签署知情同意书，患者能够理解，并能够在在任何特定方案程序之前进行筛查访问，并且能够接受该试验带来的可能风险；
(5)有一个可以定期联系的监护人员来报告受试者的临床/精神状态。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Ages Eligible for Study: 25 Years to 75 Years (Adult, Older Adult); Sexes Eligible for Study: All
(2) Diagnosis of Adenoma, ulcerative colitis or colon cancer;
(3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status (PS):0-1;
(4) Able to understand and willing to sign written informed consent form;
(5) There is a supervisor who can be contacted regularly to report the subject's clinical / mental status.

排除标准：

（1）有活动性病毒或细菌感染，且未能通过抗感染治疗控制；
（2）人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）阳性或活动性乙型或丙型肝炎感染；
（3）患有自身免疫性疾病、或免疫极其低下患者，或伴有需要全身使用免疫抑制药物或激素治疗的其他疾病；
（4）患有其他任何严重疾病，研究者认为可能影响患者的治疗、随访或评估。包括任何未被控制的有临床意义的神经、精神疾病、免疫调节性疾病、代谢性疾病及传染病等；
（5）妊娠期或哺乳期女性；
（6）入组前4周进行抗菌治疗或益生菌治疗；
（7）入组前3个月内有酗酒或药物滥用史；
（8）在过去12周内参与任何实验药物方案；
（9）过去两年内使用免疫抑制剂或化疗；
（10）研究者经过评估后认为该研究不利于患者，不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subjects with active viral or bacterial infections that cannot be controlled by anti infective therapy;
(2) Known history of human immunodeficiency virus infection or current chronic or active hepatitis B or C infection requiring treatment with antiviral therapy;
(3) Subjects with autoimmune diseases or extremely low immunity, or other diseases requiring systemic immunosuppressive drugs or hormones;
(4) Subjects with any other serious diseases The researchers believe that it may affect the treatment, follow-up or evaluation of patients. Including any uncontrollable neurological, psychiatric, immune regulatory, metabolic and infectious diseases;
(5) Women who are pregnancy or breast-feeding;
(6) Antibacterial or probiotic treatment 4 weeks before enrollment;
(7) Subjects with history of alcohol or drug abuse within 3 months before enrollment;
(8) Participated in any experimental drug program in the past 12 weeks;
(9) Used immunosuppressive agents or chemotherapy in the past two years;
(10) Ineligible patients according to the investigator's judgement.
