研究目的：

1.主要目的：探究相关基因突变在实验组及对照组中的等位基因及基因型频率进行比较。 2. 次要目的：对实验组的相关基因突变率进行比较分析。

1. The main purpose: to explore the allele and genotype frequencies of related gene mutations in the experimental group and the control group. 2. Secondary purpose: to compare and analyze the related gene mutation rate of the experimental group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肺动脉高压组入组标准：符合 2018年中华医学会肺血管病学组《中国肺高血压诊断和治疗指南》，诊断标准：海平面状态下、静息时、右心导管测量肺动脉平均压（ mPAP）≥25 mmHg。
健康对照组入组标准：完成常规检查，没有糖尿病、慢性支气管炎等慢性病病史，没有严重心肺疾病、肿瘤等病史。

Inclusion criteria

Pulmonary hypertension group entry criteria: in line with the 2018 Chinese Medical Association Pulmonary Vascular Disease Group "Chinese Pulmonary Hypertension Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines", diagnostic criteria: at sea level, at rest, right heart catheter measurement of mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP )≥25 mmHg.
Entry criteria for healthy control group: complete routine examinations, no history of chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic bronchitis, and no history of serious heart and lung diseases, tumors, etc.

排除标准：

排除重症感染、缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、肝肾疾病、其他重大疾病、精神异常不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude severe infections, ischemic heart disease, malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, other major diseases, and mental disorders who cannot cooperate.
