研究目的：

评价3孔腹腔镜膀胱根治性切除术的安全性、微创性及远期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety, minimally invasiveness and long-term efficacy of 3-port laparoscopic radical cystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄 18-75 岁，性别不限，预期寿命大于或等于 24 个月；
2、自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书；
3、ECOG 评分为 0-1 分；
4、T2-T4a，N0-x，M0 浸润性膀胱癌；高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌T1G3(高级别)肿瘤；卡介苗治疗失败；复发性非侵袭性膀胱癌；TURBt 和膀胱灌注用于治疗未控制的广泛乳头状病变和膀胱非尿路上皮癌；
5、肝脏、肾脏、骨髓、心脏等重要器官功能无明显异常（谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶≤2.5 正常值上限(ULN)；总胆红素(TBIL) ≤1.5 ULN；白蛋白≥25g/L；血清肌酐≤1.5 ULN；白细胞≥3.5*109/L，中性粒细胞≥1.5*10^9/L，血红蛋白≥90g/L，血小板≥80 * 10^9/L；左心室射血分数(LVEF)≥50%；心电图无明显异常或临床意义）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-75 years old, life expectancy is greater than or equal to 24 months;
2. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent;
3. ECOG score of patients 0-1;
4. T2-T4a, N0-x,M0 invasive bladder cancer; High risk non-muscular invasive bladder cancer T1G3(high grade) tumor; Tis in which BCG therapy failed; Recurrent non-invasive bladder cancer; TUR and bladder perfusion were used for treatment of uncontrolled extensive papillary lesions and bladder non-urothelial carcinoma;
5. Major organ functions, such as liver, kidney, bone marrow, heart and other important organs, were not significantly abnormal: AST, ALT<=2.5 ULN; Total bilirubin (TBIL)<=1.5 ULN; Albumin (ALB)>=25g/L; Serum creatinine (CRE)<=1.5 ULN; Leukocytes>=3.5*10^9/L, neutrophils>=1.5*10^9/L, hemoglobin>=90g/L, platelets>=80*10^9/L; Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >=50%; Electrocardiogram showed no obvious abnormality or no clinical significance.

排除标准：

1、中、下腹部大手术史或慢性肠道疾病；
2、BMI>40Kg/m2；
3、严重心血管疾病；
4、免疫缺陷和器官移植史；
5、严重中枢神经系统疾病史
6、未能按要求接受定期跟进审查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of major middle and lower abdominal surgery;
2. BMI >= 40kg/m2;
3. Severe cardiovascular disease;
4. History of immunodeficiency and organ transplantation;
5. History of severe central nervous system disease;
6. Failure to receive regular follow-up review as required.
