研究目的：

（1） 探索ctDNA在多发性骨髓瘤中的检测规范。 （2） 证实外周血ctDNA具有与骨髓瘤骨髓基因突变表达谱高度的一致性。 （3） 比较ctDNA水平和MM肿瘤负荷及临床其他指标的相关性。 （4） 比较ctDNA变化与疾病治疗疗效的相关性。 （5） 分析ctDNA作为微小残留病灶监测的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) to explore the detection standard of ctDNA in multiple myeloma. (2) It was confirmed that the ctDNA in peripheral blood was highly consistent with that in myeloma. (3) The correlation between ctDNA level and MM tumor load and other clinical indexes was compared. (4) The correlation between ctDNA changes and therapeutic effect was compared. (5) To analyze the feasibility of ctDNA as the monitoring of minimal residual lesions.

纳入标准：

活动性多发性骨髓瘤

Inclusion criteria

Active multiple myeloma

排除标准：

（1）浆细胞白血病；（2）冒烟型骨髓瘤（无症状骨髓瘤）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Plasma cell leukemia; (2) smoking myeloma (asymptomatic myeloma)
