研究目的：

对泡沫硬化剂联合激光治疗与单纯硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的有效性、安全性及经济学效益进行对比研究，本研究结果可为将来下肢静脉曲张患者的治疗方案的选择提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To contrast foam sclerosing agent combined with laser therapy and simple hardening agent to treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity of the effectiveness, safety and economic benefits were studied. The research results can provide the reference for the future selection of treatment options for patients with varicose vein of lower extremity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

聚多卡醇 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Polidocanol 

纳入标准：

1.诊断下肢静脉曲张明确（B超）
2.年龄18-80岁
3.CEAP分级1-4级

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosis of lower extremity varicose veins (B ultrasound);
2. aged 18-80 years old;
3. CEAP grade 1-4.

排除标准：

1.不适用于手术治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者
2.伴有糖尿病、心脑血管、下肢动脉疾病、下肢皮肤感染性疾病的患者
3.有深静脉血栓后遗症（PTS）、KT综合征或动静脉瘘病史的非原发性静脉曲张患者
4.深静脉瓣膜功能不全返流Ⅲ级以上的患者
5.既往曾行下肢静脉曲张手术治疗的患者
6.毛细血管扩张症患者
7.下肢静脉炎病史的患者
8.孕妇
9.大隐静脉扭曲明显，不适合激光灼闭治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient not suitable for surgical treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity
2. patients with diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, lower extremity arterial disease, lower extremity skin infection of patients;
3. patients with a history of deep venous thrombosis sequelae (PTS), KT syndrome or arteriovenous fistula in patients with non primary varicose veins;
4. patients with deep venous valve insufficiency;
5. patients who had undergone surgery for varicose veins of lower limb;
6. patients with capillary dilation;
7. patients with a history of lower extremity venous inflammation;
8. pregnant women;
9. great saphenous vein was distorted, not suitable for the treatment of patients with endovenous laser therapy.
