研究目的：

应用多模态脑电分析构建围产期缺血性脑卒中认知障碍的预测模型，为预防和针对性治疗提供新依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Multimodal EEG analysis is used to construct a predictive model of cognitive impairment in perinatal ischemic stroke, which provides a new basis for prevention and targeted treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)无诱因突然出现异常哭闹、烦躁不安、嗜睡、一侧肢体活动减少、吞咽困难或肢体抽搐等表现，经头颅CT或MRI证实为新发脑梗死、脑出血或蛛网膜下腔出血，符合世界卫生组织脑卒中的诊断标准；
(2)首次发生脑卒中，并处于恢复期；
(3)孕产史无明显异常；
(4)患儿及家属能配合完成检查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Abnormal crying, irritability, drowsiness, decreased activity of one limb, dysphagia, or limb twitching appeared suddenly without inducement, which was confirmed by CT or MRI as new cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage, In line with the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization for stroke;
(2) Stroke occurred for the first time and is in the recovery period;
(3) There is no obvious abnormality in the history of pregnancy and birth;
(4) The children and their families can cooperate to complete the examination.

排除标准：

①未经有效控制的癫痫、交感神经过度兴奋或痉挛发作；
②听力障碍；
③颅骨缺损以及其他各种原因不能配合检查及治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled epilepsy, sympathetic hyperexcitability or convulsive seizures;
2. Hearing impairment;
3. Cranial defects and other patients who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment for various reasons.
