研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 测定不同类型的miRNA（miR-17-5、miR-100、miR-27a、miR-20R）在肺动脉高压中的升高程度。联合临床胸片、超声心动图及血气分析等检测指标，探讨其是否可提高诊断肺动脉高压的有效性。 2. 次要目的：探究不同种microRNA在肺动脉高压中的有效性，并对其临床应用价值进行比较分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: to determine the elevation of different types of miRNA (mir-17-5, mir-100, mir-27a, mir-20r) in pulmonary hypertension. Combined with clinical chest X-ray, echocardiography and blood gas analysis, to explore whether it can improve the effectiveness of the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. 2. Secondary purpose: To explore the effectiveness of different kinds of microRNA in pulmonary hypertension, and to compare and analyze its clinical application value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肺动脉高压组入组标准：符合 2018年中华医学会肺血管病学组《中国肺高血压诊断和治疗指南》，诊断标准：海平面状态下、静息时、右心导管测量肺动脉平均压（ mPAP）≥25 mmHg。
健康对照组入组标准：完成常规检查，没有慢性支气管炎等慢性病病史，没有严重心肺疾病、肿瘤等病史。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of pulmonary hypertension group: in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension issued by the pulmonary vascular disease group of Chinese Medical Association in 2018. Diagnostic criteria: mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) >= 25 mmHg measured at sea level, at rest and right heart catheterization.

Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: complete routine examination, no history of chronic diseases such as chronic bronchitis, no history of severe cardiopulmonary disease, tumor, etc.

排除标准：

排除重症感染、缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤、肝肾疾病、其他重大疾病、精神异常不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe infection, ischemic heart disease, malignant tumor, liver and kidney disease, other major diseases and mental disorders were excluded.
