探讨基于膳食炎症指数的营养支持在肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏中的作用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of nutritional support based on dietary inflammatory index on cancer-induced fatigue in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

组织病理活检确诊为肺癌Ⅲ-Ⅳ期；
年龄在 18岁以上，80 岁以下者；
具有基本阅读及交流能力；
首次接受化疗 卡氏功能状态评分≥70分者；
患者签署知情同意书，自愿参加本次研究者；
预计生存时间大于6个月者；
简明疲劳量表(BFI)中≥4分；

Inclusion criteria

1. Histopathological biopsy was diagnosed as lung cancer stage III, and IV;
2. Aged 18 to 80 years old;
3. Have basic reading and communication skills;
4. Those who received chemotherapy for the first time with a Karnofsky functional status score >=70;
5. The patient signed an informed consent form and volunteered to participate in this study;
6. The estimated survival time is greater than 6 months;
7. Concise Fatigue Scale (BFI) >=4 points.

排除标准：

合并认知功能障碍、精神障碍、意识障碍或不愿合作者；
有化疗禁忌症;
患者严重消化道症状、肝、肾功能不全的情况；
合并两种及以上肿瘤者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who merge cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder, consciousness disorder or unwillingness to cooperate;
2. There are contraindications to chemotherapy;
3. Patients with severe gastrointestinal symptoms, liver and kidney insufficiency;
4. Patients with two or more tumors.
