研究目的：

测试使用不同的采血管（肝素和EDTA采血管）是否会改变高灵敏仪器检测出的血浆中的Tau，Abeta40 和 Abeta42蛋白的读数，以及这些指标是否与病人的认知相关  

Objectives of Study：

To test whether the value of plasma tau, Abeta40 and Abeta42 are altered when using heparin or EDTA tubes for blood collection and whether these indexes are related to the cognitive state.

纳入标准：

德阳社区年龄大于60岁的老年人

Inclusion criteria

Elderly people over 60 years old in Deyang community

排除标准：

1.肿瘤； 2.脑炎等感染性疾病导致的认知功能障碍； 3.多系统萎缩等炎症性疾病导致的认知功能障碍； 4.已诊断为其他运动障碍退行性疾病的认知功能障碍，如帕金森疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) cancers; 2) infectious disease such as encephalitis; 3) inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis; 4) any diagnosed movement disorder neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson's disease
